Wallet Funding

Tap on the menu button (top-left corner). Select "Wallet", tap on fund 'wallet' and choose either to fund instantly via Debit/Credit card or via Cash Transfer. Follow the easy on-screen steps

Food & Drinks

Refunds are not available after 15mins of placing an order and making payment. There is a threshold of 15mins for the user to decide to cancel an order or not before the kitchen starts preparing

If not accepted by restaurant, you can cancel your order within 120 secs of placing it. After 120 secs time is elapsed you have an additional grace period of 5mins to reach out to customer support via the chat to request a cancellation/refund. 

 

  1. Login as an existing user or guest to select any restaurant of choice

  2. Choose from a variety of menu available 

  3. Proceed to checkout. Order is delivered to your doorstep or choose to Pickup or Dine-In 

 

Available payment options are Wallet, Cash transfer, Credit/Debit Card

Tracking on the app occurs up as soon as your order has been accepted by the kitchen. A timer shows an approx.time it takes the order to be ready. Follow the on-screen prompts to track real-time location of the dispatch rider delivering the order

Booking & Reservation

Here are some guidelines to a successful booking on the app


  • On your account, tap on the Hamburger menu icon (top-left) and select "Bookings & Reservations" see available restaurants, clubs and hotels which offer booking for events and hotel stay.

 

  • Select event of choice, indicate number of persons to be available for the event, choose a convenient time and request for a reservation.

 

  • Your request is sent instantly. Once your reservation has been approved and payment confirmed, a notification will be sent to you instantly. Maximum waiting time is usually 15 to 20mins in which you will be contacted to confirm your booking
